The deployment of this custom TDL (and changes to these TDLs) can be automated and centrally managed. This is a convenient workaround to copying them to each PC and making changes to the configuration files.

Multi-site offers the same installation and management capabilities, mentioned above, from one location… for the entire organisation, helping you reduce your IT administration costs.
Users may need to send queries and support requests to Tally Customer Centre or to a Tally Service Partner. Earlier this was done by e-mail or phone and required tracking.
Now, with Tally.ERP 9, you can send your requests to Tally or your support partner from within the product. Responses are available here but there are other benefits as well:
• You get access to the Support Centre even on Remote! When you log-in remotely, you can send queries as well as see responses, including all past interactions.
• As an 'administrator' you can review the queries that users send –this way you know when an issue has been escalated.
• You can easily monitor the quality of service that you receive.
• You can look at issues reported and queries raised across all the sites of the enterprise –for better-informed decisions on user training.
The Support Centre is your gateway for help from a 'human'. For quick self-help, we offer (and continuously enhance) the Knowledge Base on the Tally customer portal.
