Natural Query Language is an interface between the user and the company connected to Tally.NET. It uses plain and simple English for queries.
To query information from the connected company, you/the user must key in the request using a mobile phone and send it to the number provided. The system will extract information from the company connected and send it to the requestor’s mobile.
How it works
Tally.ERP 9 understands the query, which is in the Natural Query Language. When a user requests information through SMS, Tally.ERP 9 receives the query and converts it to a system-readable format. This, in turn, extracts the required information from the connected company and sends it to the user in English.
