With this feature you can now send Outstanding Statements and Reminder Letters to customers, and Pay Slips to your employees...in fact any kind of email communication that needs to go out to multiple addresses.
Convenient and controllable
Add or modify the email addresses in the customer or employee master and then directly send out mass emails from the system. If the mails need to be approved by a senior person before they are sent out, you can change email recipients on-the-fly and then have them mailed from that email id after validation. |
