The implementation process starts after gathering information on your business requirements—you may also want Shoper 9 to replace your existing legacy application. Either way, we map your business operations against Shoper 9 features and arrive at a solution. Before installing Shoper 9, we study your operations in terms of items sold, their classifications, methods of selling, your purchase activity, reporting, etc. We can fine-tune Shoper 9 to help make your operations more efficient.
Our experts ensure that the implementation process is customer-friendly. There are two models for the implementation of Shoper 9: Enterprise and One-off. If you have a large number of POS locations, the Enterprise model is suitable for you. On the other hand, if you have a small set-up of 1 or 2 POS locations, the One-off is recommended. We offer support services even after Shoper 9 is installed and successfully implemented. The services range from telephone support, email, Webex and personal visits, if needed. Our Tally partner network is also trained to support and handle your queries and issues.
