To reduce errors with transfers and shared resources, salesperson details can be catalogued centrally at H.O. and distributed to the showrooms. Then, the details can be populated at the individual showrooms based on allocation.
A salesperson can be allocated to multiple showrooms simultaneously. When the posting changes to other location(s), the salesperson details will be hidden from transactions, thus reducing errors.
