Any form of assistance you need - product issues, knowledge gaps, professional help - are forms of 'support' and these (and more) facets are available with Tally.ERP 9.

This Support Centre is also accessible via Remote Access enabling you get full use of this product from anywhere anytime, even from an educational version of Tally.ERP 9.

The Support Centre is not limited to support from Tally’s Customer Centre, but also from your service partners - you can choose to direct queries and issues to one or more of the partners you have signed up with for enhanced support services.
