I. Live Update tool

The latest version of Live-update is 3.0. Please ensure you are updated to this version. If not on version 3.0, uninstall the existing version 1.0 or 2.0 Live-update application using the path Start Programs > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Then install the Live-Update version 3 to go for further updates. The older application (that comes with version 1.0 if you are still on version 1.0) called "UReports.exe" can be deleted as it is no longer required.

Download Live Update tool installation from here File size 854 Kb. Unzip the installation file into a folder, then install the Shoper Live Update tool by using this file. The Live Update tool will then be available to be executed as a short cut on desktop, or within the Shoper programs.

II. Shoper 7.2

Upgrade your Shoper 7.2 release to the latest solution. Use Shoper Live Updates tool to manage your Shoper updates better and faster. FTP site is available to enhance the download experience. In order to make the upgrade experience smoother, check and if required change your "FTP/Web Settings" in your Live update tool to the following details.
