To access information via SMS follow the steps mentioned below:
In your cell phone:
Type the Request
Send to 566779 followed by a SMS Suffix between 0 and 9
You will receive an SMS for the Keyword sent.
The syntax to access information via SMS is as below:
<Request> to 566779<9>
Where :
Request: is a meaningful business request to extract information from the connected company.
566779: A Short Code or Common Number to which the short message is sent by the user.
<9>: Is the SMS Suffix - a unique number assigned to each Company for a user.
For Example: To know the Closing Cash Balance on September 30, 2009, type the following in your cell phone:
Cash Balance as on 30/09/2009
Send it to 5667790
In a short duration you will receive an SMS with the following text: Closing Balance of Ledger Cash as on 30-Sep-2009 is Rs. 2,970.50.
Note: You need not provide the SMS Suffix in case a Single company is connected or when you want to interact with the company suffixed with 1.
